![]() ![]() One thing I'm a bit worried about though I stuck in those 3 frames over another SFII character in Fighter Factory, just to see what they look like running in Mugen. One thing I've found very useful is the 'Select by Colour" tool in The Gimp. Yeah I have figured out how to do some of it in PSP instead of PCXclean. There's a possibility that some parts of the background or the other character use colors you need in your palette, those won't be cleaned out by PCXClean. Loop the previous two points until all your sprites are completely clean ![]() Redo the batch cleaning (after removing the incorrectly cleaned sprites and making another backup copy of the original screenshots) If some are missing parts of the sprite, check what color was there, and add it to the palette The purpose of PCXClean is to take the sprite you give it, check all its colors, see if they're in the palette you gave it, and replace those that aren't by the color assigned to the transparent color slot of the paletteĬheck your sprites, see if they're correct act file, use Pal2Act if your program gives you a.
